This morning I awoke to a very weird sound, I had gotten up to check if my phone and IPOD were charged and I heard the bathroom door squeak open, our cat Toophie, (we call him that because he used to have fangs that used to hang out on both sides but now he doesn't have teeth:(&nbsp; ) had gotten out of the bathroom where he stays because he is only cat with both sets of claws still in the house,&nbsp; I had heard the Terminator earlier growling at the door because she knew he was in there,&nbsp; but I had gotten up to get my IPOD and phone when I heard Terminator yelling at Toophie at the top of her lungs it sounded like RAAAARRRRRRRRR! the funny thing was that as she was doing this,&nbsp; Toophie was sitting there listening&nbsp; as if to say "shut up bitch! you don't scare me, I got 3 words for you, I Got Claws! I think it would be alright to let him out every once and a while to see what would happen,&nbsp; if Terminator messed with Toophie she might get whacked in the face then that would bring off the pedestal she thinks she's on and she won't mess with Toophie anymore:).

<lj:music>listening to my new One Republic cd:)</lj:music>

Today started with church at 9:30am, I'm a cantor at St. Stephens Episcopal Church,&nbsp; I sang one of my favorite contemporary Christian songs during communion, Come Just As You Are, after that, We headed to Cross Bridge Community Church, this church is more like my old church in Florida, they have a nice service there also, they have a keyboardist, violinist , who is also a backup singer and a woman singer, never heard a violin at a church before, it really adds a lot:) anyway, during the message about conflicting agendas I just burst out in tears because I have a lot of stress in my life, guess I couldn't hold it in any longer, I felt better because I got it&nbsp; out and when Da Aunt put her arm around me to comfort me:) .<br /><br />After that, we had to make an emergency trip to Target to get a coffee maker because ours broke this morning when Da Aunt turned it off,&nbsp;&nbsp; the button&nbsp; broke off in her hand,&nbsp; which is weird because she said that she didn't know if the coffee maker was gonna last much longer because it was 10 years old, kinda weird and creepy,&nbsp; we also got cat food for Da Pepper, Terminator, and Toophs and a couple of cd's and things&nbsp; after that we stopped at McDonald's for lunch, after we took a nap for a while we had to go to a wake for one of members of Kiwanis who died on Wednesday,&nbsp; after we got back from that,&nbsp; we relaxed for a while till Chuckles wanted to know what we were doing for dinner because he worked all day without eating, we have a running joke where he says if he doesn't eat he will shrivel up to nothing:).<br /><br />So we went to one of our favorite restaurants, Chevy's, and me and Da Aunt had strawberry margaritas which are still creating wonderful belches as I speak:) and then came home and just relaxed and here I am at the request of Da Aunt posting this, enjoy:)

&nbsp;Da Aunt and I went to church on sunday, it reminded me alot of my old church in FL, they sang alot of the songs I used to sing there, anyway, we were talking to some people, and one of them said something about Da Aunt being my girlfriend,&nbsp; and she calmly said "You're my new best friend!"&nbsp; she doesn't like the fact that people sometimes think she's my mom, because she thinks that makes her old, lol, but anyway today I was making my normal Starbucks run, I go over and get my uncle his iced tea and I usually get a strawberries and cream frappacino , so I'm in there and the girl behind the counter asked me if I wanted anymore tea because your wife always gets alot for you, lol, so not only did my aunt get mistaken for my girlfriend, but also my wife:) some of it is that I guess me and my uncle look alike, I see some of it but not enough to confuse me with him, lol&nbsp;<br /><br />Also, last night Da Aunt was filling the communication card from the church we went to on sunday and asked what some of things meant on there like I want to devote my life to Jesus means that she wants to get info on being baptized or wants to get baptized, renewing your commitment to Christ means you want to start going to that church and you are already baptized, and using your influence means that you want to join one of the ministries at the church, and I said I was the wrong person to talk to about that and suggested she talk to the pastor,&nbsp; but she said that I was the right person to talk to about it because I didn't put any pressure on her and that she trusted me, it's nice to know she trusts me like that:) I believe you shouldn't force people to come to God, God will&nbsp;get them to come to him, it happened to me, I was raised Catholic when I was a kid and thought that was the only religion that was right, then my grandfather died when I was a frieshman in high school, and that changed alot, I actually got mad at God for the first time in my life and turned my back on him, and it took a year or 2 to get to the point where I wanted to go back to church and everything, and eventually I realized what I was missing and was baptized into Christ, and have been a Christian for about 8 or 9 years, best decision I ever made, but I still have things I struggle with and I guess will always struggle with,&nbsp; but that's just human nature to question things sometimes:)

I suffer from chronic writer's block:(

    <lj:music>cry out to jesus-third day</lj:music>

Hello again,&nbsp; sorry it's been so long since my last post,&nbsp; I seem to suffer from chronic writer's block because I think my life is very boring and no one would want to hear about it,&nbsp; but maybe someone might find it interesting,&nbsp; anyway,&nbsp; since my last post I found out that for some reason whenever i think about either not having a father growing up until I was 6 or about my grandfather,&nbsp; I just start to cry uncontrollably, there must be something that triggers it and I wish I knew what it was,&nbsp; either one never really bothered me till recently,&nbsp; I think that is one of the signs of depression ,&nbsp;&nbsp; but I try not&nbsp; to let it bother me as much as possible, but sometimes I hold it all in and I just end up letting it out someway. <br /><br /> &nbsp;Anyway,&nbsp; I found out that Da Aunt is afraid of losing her house and losing Da Uncle,&nbsp; I can understand that,&nbsp; but sometimes she worries herself sick about something that hasn't happened yet,&nbsp; but she plans for the worst,&nbsp; which is a good thing in one way because if you do fail at something then you expect it and&nbsp; can get over it quicker, but it is also bad another way because I have learned from experience that if you believe you are going to fail,&nbsp; eventually you are going to:(&nbsp; on top of that,&nbsp; she is taking college classes to get her masters in business management,&nbsp; which is very admirable,&nbsp; but also puts a lot of stress on her to meet deadlines for team papers and individual papers,&nbsp; along with having to post for participation in the class 3 times a day while juggling the duties of running the advertising, the finances,&nbsp; and dealing with customers in a business,&nbsp; she also belongs to a lot of networking groups that help you get business from other businesses and get referrals from them too,&nbsp; and sometimes she has to mail out flyers for special events at the store,&nbsp; we recently did a mailing of about 500 I think for a retirement seminar we are having at the store,&nbsp; she is slowly realizing I think that she is burning or on the verge of burning herself out:( . <br />&nbsp; <br />I know I can't tell her how to live her life but I wish she would stop and set some time for herself just to relax,&nbsp; it upsets me so much when she gets upset because she feels like she has the weight of the world on her shoulders,&nbsp; and I would and always am willing to share and help her in anyway I can to lighten her load a little bit,&nbsp; she really is a remarkable woman,&nbsp; and a great friend and always there when you need her,&nbsp; she has become like a second mother to me,&nbsp; she cares for and watches out for me like a mother would her child,&nbsp; and if she had kids,&nbsp; she would make a great mom,&nbsp; she has all the qualities that make a great mom,&nbsp; a caring heart,&nbsp; she knows when something is wrong even if you don't say anything,&nbsp; I know she doesn't like being mistaken for my mother,&nbsp; which has happened on numerous occasions, but if I could think of other people that I'd want to be my mother and father,&nbsp; it would be my aunt and uncle,&nbsp; they have always believed in me and have never stopped,&nbsp; I admit I didn't know if I would like her at first because growing up my uncle was like the father i never had,&nbsp; and I wanted the best for him,&nbsp; and I'm glad to say he has the best,&nbsp; and I am happy to work for and live with them both, and I enjoy every minute of their company, whether it be going to karaoke to hear me sing, going out to eat, going to NYC, or just hanging out at the house talking, &nbsp; they are remarkable people and have made a great impact in my life and I am so blessed to have them:) and hope I can be just as reliable and great as they are.

After I got home from my brother's house I went to NYC with Da Aunt and Da Uncle, we got to the ferry terminal a little early and had to wait 45 minutes for the next ferry, after we got to NYC we got off at Sheraton Square and went to a mexican restaurant called Caliente, I had fried ravioli and a strawberry margarita, it took a little while to get our food so I had drank a little more than half my drink by the time my food came,&nbsp; I wasn't sure I was gonna be able to drink my drink and eat all my food because a lot of the time my stomach doesn't allow me to, but for some reason i ended up finishing my food, my drink and drinking alittle less than half of Da Uncle's drink which was a margarita that had a lot of mint in it, anyway, by the time i finished his drink I was feeling pretty good but I was very paranoid about acting drunk, Da Aunt says I was just tipsy, but anyway,&nbsp; after we ate it was pretty late, so we were waiting for the train and that's when Da Aunt posted her voice post, go to her journal to hear it:)&nbsp; we went to bed about 4am and I had to be up around 9am to sing at church, and I did,&nbsp; i was a little tired but I survived, definitely an interesting experience, and one I won't soon forget.
